Mecca Bingo Hall Donates to Charity

A new campaign that is set to help out people who can’t walk is now on course at Mecca Bingo hall located in Doncaster. The campaign aptly named “heels into wheels” is one where you will provide your old shoes. These donations that are raised will go to help buy mobility equipment for the youngsters.
They have a collection spot already set up where people can donate those old shoes that just gather dust in their home. Even if you wear them once in a while, you would be helping out a great campaign by taking them and dropping them off. Don’t forget to take an extra pair along to slip on to get home with!
You will also find that this challenge is being shown online if you simply head to Flickr, you can see the pile of shoes that is building up already. Plus there is more, the person who offers the pair that is considered the most outlandish, well they are getting a VIP night for four people to a local Mecca Club.
This is a great thing that Mecca seems to excel at, so help them out and donate those old shoes you have gathering all that dust. They have been raising money since the beginning of last year for the Whizz-Kidz program, and have already raised £500,000.
That money that is raised by local clubs will go to help out young people in that area. Giving them a new lease on life, and the freedom of getting around without help. So get in to your local Mecca club and see if they have the same offer going on, take more than one pair of shoes if you can afford too.
Check your closet and get all those shoes out you barely wear anymore and help out charity.
